Cultivate Hospitality Group was engaged by pre-eminent mixed use developer Millennium Partners to spearhead the master planning of the F&B program within their 800,000 sqft tower in downtown Boston. Venues included a resident’s private restaurant, office tenants lounge spaces and bar, a signature restaurant and fast casual food stalls.

Cultivate was successful in negotiating a deal with Michelin Starred Chef John Fraser to operate the various venues.
