Cultivate Hospitality Group was engaged by the hotel owner/developer Lowe to assist in finding a new operator to upgrade the F&B offering at the hotel. After running a thourough operator search Cultivate successfully negotiated a deal for Jose Andres Group to operate all of the venues at the property.
