Sixty Hotels

Cultivate Hospitality Group was engaged by Valor Development and hotelier Jason Pomeranc to assist in master planning the F&B program for a conversion of a 60’s era office building into Washington DC’s pre-eminent boutique hotel. Cultivate was also responsible for bringing in Scale Hospitality as operator for all the F&B venues including a signature restaurant, rooftop bar and speakeasy lounge
