Sam Bakhshandehpour is President of Local Merchants at Bilt Technologies, where he leads strategy and partnerships across dining, travel, hotels, and retail, connecting Bilt’s merchant network with millions of residential households through its housing and neighborhood commerce platform.

Mr. Bakhshandehpour previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of José Andrés Group, overseeing strategy and operations across a portfolio of more than 50 restaurants spanning nine international markets.

Prior to that, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of sbe Entertainment Group, a private-equity-backed global hospitality company operating more than 80 hotel, restaurant, and nightlife properties worldwide.

Mr. Bakhshandehpour began his career at J.P. Morgan in Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking.

He currently serves as an independent director of Shift4 Payments (NYSE: FOUR), where he chairs the Compensation Committee and serves on the Audit Committee.

Mr. Bakhshandehpour holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
