Jeremy Shartar is a Vice President at Cultivate Hospitality Group. Jeremy has been in the retail and hospitality business for the past 13 years. At Cultivate he oversees business development and assists with the strategic operation of the company.

Prior to joining Cultivate Jeremy was at Locate, a technology-enabled brokerage platform where he worked as a master broker and assisted clients with strategic roll out across the country. Some of the clients included, Parachute Home, Allbirds, MassageLuXe, By Chloe and Kittenish.

Jeremy is also well versed in the lodging sector having worked at both LaSalle Hotel Properties and Fulcrum Lodging Advisors.

Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
