Operator search for a luxury mixed-use building
Cultivate hospitality Group was engaged by Rabina to assist in master planning of a private club space within their signature 1000 ft tall tower on 5th avenue.
Cultivate also performed an operator search and negotiated a deal to have Danny Meyer’s Union Square Events operate all the F&B venues within the club.
